Lots of excavation has taken place this month to enable the site team to sort the contaminated materials into various piles ready for treatment. Further preparation has been done on the water treatment plant and bioremediation areas. Construction of the thermal plant is almost complete, and testing will soon get underway to ensure the equipment functions properly prior to it becoming operational in the next few weeks.
