It’s been an interesting month weather wise, but despite the snowy cold snap, the team has still worked to schedule. All processes on site will soon reach full capacity. Some locals have been worried about what’s coming out of the thermal plant’s chimney. This is mainly steam, but it also contains low levels of other gases - these are all at safe levels, falling well below what’s required by UK law. The emissions are regularly monitored to ensure there are no health or environmental issues
